Getting on the road with Audi on demand is very simple. Prior to arriving at the car pickup area, be sure to download the Audi on demand app on your smartphone (free through Apple App Store or Google Play). We are continuously improving our service offerings, so make sure you have the most current version of the app downloaded on your smartphone.
Once you’re at our pickup location, our mobility specialist will direct you toward the available vehicles.
To get on the road, simply follow these steps:
- Launch the app. Launch the Audi on demand app on your smartphone; if needed, log in. Your reservation will be displayed at the bottom of the start screen.
- Complete your walkaround. Follow the prompts within the app and complete a walkaround check of the vehicle with a mobility specialist. When you are satisfied, agree to the terms of the rental on the app and confirm the rental should start with the mobility specialist.
- Hit the road. The mobility specialist will start the rental, hand over the keys, and you can hit the road. All the details of the rental can be found in your app and a confirmation will be emailed to you.
If you experience any issues or have questions, an Audi on demand mobility specialist will be standing by, ready to assist you.
