To view your existing reservations, first, make sure you’re logged in to either the website or the mobile app. Then, click or tap Your Account, and choose Your Reservations. Details of your past, current, and upcoming reservations will be shown.
If you find you need to modify an Active or Upcoming reservation, you can use the mobile app. Simply go to Reservations, then find your Active or Upcoming booking and select the dates and times. Continue through the modify process.
Your reservation will be modified and your total charges will be updated to reflect any changes to the cost of your reservation. Modifications are subject to availability.
To cancel a reservation, just click or tap to cancel the reservation you wish to cancel and confirm.
You may cancel or modify your reservation at any time without penalties or a cancellation fee.
